The QSFP28 module provides 100GBase-LR4 throughput up to 10km over a standard pair of single mode fiber (SMF) with duplex LC connectors.
Taking COB+PCBA integrated design, it has mature packaging process during automated production. This transceiver is compliant with IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR4, IEEE 802.3bm,
SFF-8665 and SFF-8636 standards. Digital diagnostics functions are also available via the I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP28 MSA, to allow access to real-time operating parameters.
With these features, this easy to install, hot swappable transceiver is suitable to be used in various applications, such as data center, high-performance computing networks, enterprise core
and distribution layers, campus networks etc.

This product is a 100Gb/s transceiver module designed for optical communication applications compliant to 100GBASE of the IEEE P802.3ba standard.
The module converts 4 input channels of 25Gb/s electrical data to 4 channels of LAN WDM optical signals and then multiplexes them into a single channel for 100Gb/s optical transmission.

3. Description

The QSFP28 CWDM4 is a Four-Channel, Pluggable, dual LC, Fiber-Optic QSFP28
Transceiver for 100G Ethernet applications. The QSFP28 full-duplex optical module offers
4 independent transmit and receive channels, each capable of 26Gbps operation for an
aggregate data rate of 104Gbps 2km using single mode fiber. These modules are designed
to operate over single mode fiber systems using 1271nm-1331nm DFB laser array. QSFP28
CWDM4 is one kind of transceiver which provides increased port density and total system
cost savings. They are compliant with the QSFP28 MSA, CWDM4 MSA and portions of
IEEE P802.3bm.

LANMexx’100G ER4 Lite 25km QSFP28 optical transceiver product is a 100Gb/s QSFP28 transceiver module designed for optical communication applications compliant to 100GBASE-ER4 Lite standard. The 100G QSFP28 ER4 module converts 4 input channels of 25Gb/s electrical data to 4 channels of LAN WDM optical signals and then multiplexes them into a single channel for 100Gb/s optical transmission. Reversely on the receiver side of the 100G QSFP28 ER4 transceiver, the module de-multiplexes a 100Gb/s optical input into 4 channels of LAN WDM optical signals and then converts them to 4 output channels of electrical data. The central wavelengths of the 4 LAN WDM channels are 1295.56, 1300.05, 1304.58 and 1309.14 nm as members of the LAN WDM wavelength grid defined in IEEE 802.3ba. The high performance cooled LAN WDM EA-DFB transmitters and high sensitivity APD receivers of the 100G QSFP28 ER4 optical transceiver provide superior performance for 100Gigabit Ethernet applications up to 25km links without FEC. Commonly, this 100G QSFP28 ER4 product is designed with form factor, optical/electrical connection and digital diagnostic interface according to the QSFP+ Multi-Source Agreement (MSA). Description

 LANMexx’s 100G QSFP28 LR4 optical transceiver integrates the transmit and receive path onto one module. It converts parallel electrical input signals into parallel optical signals, by a driven Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) array. The transmitter module accepts electrical input signals compatible with Common Mode Logic (CML) levels. All input data signals are differential and internally terminated.
